The revised Totality guideline was published on 1 June 2023 and the online sentencing guideline now contains this in a purple colour scheme prior to this coming into force in all courts in England and Wales on 01 July 2023. Once new guidelines are in force, the colour scheme will go to blue and old guidelines will be removed.
