Burglary offences

The definitive guidelines on burglary offences were issued on 13 October 2011 and came into force on 16 January 2012. These guidelines were superseded in July 2022.

Revisions 2022

Revised sentencing guidelines for burglary offences were issued on 19 May 2022 and came into force on 1 July 2022.
