Definitive sentencing guidelines for the sentencing of drug offences were published on 27 January 2021 and the online sentencing guidelines now contains these in a purple colour scheme prior to them coming into force in all courts in England and Wales on 1 April 2021. Once the new guidelines are in force, the colour scheme will go to blue and old guidelines will be removed.
