Using the Sentencing Council website and You be the Judge

The Sentencing Council’s websites are maintained for your personal use and viewing. Access and use by you of these sites constitutes acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance takes effect from the date on which you first use the sites.

We may alter these terms and conditions at any time. You will agree to any changes if you continue to use the websites after the terms and conditions have been updated.
