Robbery
The definitive guidelines on robbery offences were issued on 28 January 2016 and came into force on 1 April 2016. The guidelines cover the following offences:
- Robbery – street and less sophisticated commercial
- Robbery – professionally planned commercial
- Robbery – dwelling
The consultation on the draft guidelines for robbery was open from 21 October 2014 to 23 January 2015. We received 38 responses.
