Common Assault/Racially or religiously aggravated common assault sentencing guideline survey in the magistrates’ courts

The Sentencing Council is currently collecting data on the guideline for Common assault and Racially or religiously aggravated common assault, effective from July 2021. You are being asked to complete this survey as part of the Council’s assessment of this guideline, to help us monitor and understand how this guideline influences sentencing.
