Assault on an emergency worker sentencing guideline survey in the magistrates’ courts

The Sentencing Council is currently collecting data on the recently enacted sentencing guideline for Common assault on an emergency worker, effective from July 2021. You are being asked to complete this survey as part of the Sentencing Council’s assessment of this guideline, to help us understand how this guideline influences sentencing.
