Assault occasioning Actual Bodily Harm (ABH) / Racially or religiously aggravated ABH Sentencing Guideline Survey in the magistrates’ courts and Crown Court

The Sentencing Council is currently collecting data on the guideline for Assault occasioning actual bodily harm and Racially or religiously aggravated ABH, effective from July 2021. You are being asked to complete this survey as part of the Sentencing Council’s assessment of this guideline, to help us understand how this guideline influences sentencing.
