This report contains findings from statistical analysis of data from the Crown Court Sentencing Survey, investigating the association between a range of sentencing factors and offender demographics and the sentence imposed, in England and Wales. The analysis focuses on adults sentenced for the offences of supply, possession with intent to supply and conspiracy to supply a controlled drug of classes A or B, at the Crown Court, between April 2012 and March 2015.
