The Council has made small revisions to six of the terrorism offences sentencing guidelines to take account of changes brought about by the Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Act 2019:

- Collection of terrorist information
- Failure to disclose information about acts of terrorism
- Encouragement of terrorism
- Preparation of terrorist acts
