Thank you for taking the time to complete this form – it is greatly appreciated by the Sentencing Council. We are currently collecting data on a variety of guidelines in all locations of the Crown Court. The Council kindly asks you to complete a form each time you sentence one of the following offences:

  • In the Crown Court:
    • Assault occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH) and racially/religiously aggravated ABH;
    • Inflicting GBH and racially/religiously aggravated GBH;
    • Causing GBH with intent;
    • Supply/possession with intent to supply a class A and class B drug;
    • Domestic burglary;
    • Non-domestic burglary;
    • Dangerous driving.
