The Independent Sentencing Review 2024-25 was set up to make a comprehensive re-evaluation of the sentencing framework of England and Wales. The independent review panel, chaired by former Justice Secretary, the Rt Hon David Gauke, is expected to submit its findings in Spring 2025.
