The Sentencing Council has published its fourth annual report outlining activities from April 2013 to March 2014.

The report details the Council’s work on guidelines covering: sexual offences, fraud offences, environmental offences and theft offences. It also covers ongoing research, including the Crown Court Sentencing Survey.
