Sentencing Council Annual Report 2014/15
The Sentencing Council has published its fifth annual report outlining activities from April 2014 to March 2015.
The report details the Council’s work on guidelines covering: fraud; theft; robbery; health and safety, corporate manslaughter and food hygiene; and dangerous dog offences. It also covers the Council’s ongoing analysis and research into sentencing, as well as the work it does to promote awareness of and confidence in sentencing guidelines.
