The Council has published an assessment of the Reduction in Sentence for a Guilty Plea guideline under its statutory duty to monitor the operation and effect of sentencing guidelines and to draw conclusions from this information.  The guilty plea guideline applies to cases where the first court hearing was on or after 1 June 2017.
