The Sentencing Council has published a statistical bulletin and data tables, explaining current sentencing practice for perverting the course of justice and witness intimidation.

This is in preparation for the launch of the Council’s perverting the course of justice and witness intimidation guideline consultation, which will be published tomorrow (Wednesday 30 March).
