Official statistics pre-announcement: Review of trend analysis of the Sentencing Council’s Imposition of community and custodial sentences guideline
This report will contain findings from an assessment of the impact of the Imposition guideline in clarifying the principles relating to the imposition of community and custodial sentences through a trend analysis of sentencing outcomes between 2011 and 2019.
