New judicial members appointed to the Council

Two new judicial members have been appointed to the Sentencing Council by the Lord Chief Justice, with the agreement of the Lord Chancellor: Her Honour Judge Rosa Dean, Crown Court judge, and Rob Butler JP, magistrate.
