Government publishes Tailored Review of the Sentencing Council
The government has published the results of its Tailored Review of the Sentencing Council.
The review found that the current delivery model of the Sentencing Council as an NDPB is still the most appropriate, that the Council’s functions are still required, and that the Council is effective and efficient in the delivery of its responsibilities.
