We are pleased to announce the Lord Justice Andrew Edis has been appointed as Vice Chairman of the Sentencing Council, with effect from 1 August 2025.

His appointment was made by the Lady Chief Justice with the agreement of the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice.
